Cancellation PolicySan Diego Cardiac reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable (We will contact you the day before your class by 6pm to notify you if the class may be canceled or rescheduled. Very rarely but at times due to unforeseen occurrences may the class be canceled with little notice). All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled date for a refund to be processed. Cancellation requests received after the stated deadline may apply funds towards future San Diego Cardiac classes and may be subject to a $25.00 reschedule fee.
RefundsIf for whatever reason San Diego Cardiac isn’t able to accommodate you on your desired class date / time then we reserve the right to be able to reschedule you for at least 2 more classes before you may request a full refund on your course.
If you are eligible for a full refund you must send a detailed email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, reason for refund request, date of purchase, last for digits on debit/credit card you made purchase with and allow 3-5 business days for this to be processed. After processing our merchant service provider takes 7-10 business days to send funds back onto the requested debit/credit card.
No Call No ShowIf you NO call and NO show to your appointment with San Diego Cardiac then you forfeit your total fee paid 100%. You will have to make a new appointment and pay the fee again. San Diego Cardiac can refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
